Anyone know of good online sources for Micarta and other aftermarket scales, as well as Sheaths for the BK7 and BK9?

Chestnut Ridge has custom kydex sheaths and Tomar has micarta scales.

I don't know about micarta scales for Rangers, but Chestnut Ridge Knife shop does kydex sheaths for them too.
