On May 30 I purchased an upgrade from basic to gold membership online using the link to the One Stop Knife Shop. I never received a confirmation email from them, and two subsequent emails I have sent them requesting info on the status of my purchase have gone unanswered.
Does it always take this long to process an upgrade? I'm a bit hesitant to try it again for fear of being double charged. Does anyone here have any insight on this? Where do I go from here?
