Response times?

Hey guys. I've been lurking this forum for a few years now. There's no better place to learn the ins and outs of the hobby IMHO. My question is: what kind of timeline am I looking at for an e-mail response from Hinderer Knives? I have no doubt they are busy people, but I'm as impatient as they come. Thanks in advance!
 
Rob is extremely responsive to emails. As for being impatient.....don't know what to tell you there.
 
Same day response to direct e-mails to Rob at RHK is what I've experienced. Sending PMs to Rob in Bladeforums might delay a response for a day or two since he doesn't check into the forums every day.
 
I've always gotten a response from Rob the day I e-mail him, usually within an hour or two.

And I'm not kidding about not pestering him. I have typed up so many e-mails intended to ask politely for information on various things only to delete the draft before ever hitting send.

And that's astonishing when you consider just how much I'd like to have a Flashpoint on my person and an FXM in my bag EDC.
