retention on paramilitary 2

what's wrong with it... is it hard to open?
 
If want to be able to flick it open or whatever loosen the pivot screw and then maybe try storing the knife with the blade partly open. I find the blade opened just enough that the detent doesn't close it works the best.
 
I would recommend giving it a good lubing. Get yourself some Tuf-Glide. That stuff works wonders and it doesn't take much either.
 
thanks for the feedback. nothings wrong with it at all, its just the compression lock is so dang strong that to drop it out of the handle i have to flick it with my middle finger, rather than using my thumb because the lock pinches the hell out of my hand. its not the pivot screw, because if i depress the lock the blade falls out flawlessly. I will definitely lube it up! thanks
