Rethinking INFI

Not going to do it.
When I first read about INFI, of course I was skeptical. It sounded to good to be true. Well, the proof of the pudding is in the using.
Jerry has a knife steel that is just remarkable. Great job, Jerry!
As I sell off more of my knives, I will replace them with Busse INFI knives only.
We do need a Busse Folder though... at some point, ok Jerry?
