I have lots of spyderco knives. Over the holidays I flew to relatives house. when I fly I always carry a delica with metal clip.
I also check some others. but on the plane I have a delica. it is cheap and legal and a damn good knife.

the ats 55 has allowed me to peel the skin off apples and kiwis while I was on holiday. the handle it just the right size a fraction smaller and it wouldn't fit in my and. my normal daily carry is a military but the airlines don't like 4" folders.

when I was managing a knife shop, the delica was our biggest seller it fit the bill for just about everyone. I think it is the best all around folder for the money in its size class.

another positive thought on spyderco blade profiles on the delica, endura, police, military styles is they cut agressively that point sinks into boxes and slashes very well,

I am sure there is nothing new in this post. but I had a special spyderco moment while sitting in the sun on my holiday.

Chris, I've owned quite a bit of Spydercos through the years. I still have my Delica, I've had more flashy better material knives but the Delica has done what I've asked. Perfect? No, but very handy.
So, I'm getting a 440V Native to keep it company. Or was that a Cricket?

The Delica is just one of those knives you can count on. The Native is mighty nice, too.

Amen to that!

Bernie

Drive it like you stole it. Just don't set it on fire when you're done.

Amen to that dude!

The Delica is the perfect utility blade. It goes with me everywhere.
Among my circle of friends, it's the one knife they usually bought that started them down the path to being a knifeknut.

Well, I just got my Native, the spearhead twin of the Delica. I like both, I really like 440V though. Now where is that Chief model?
