Anybody familiar with kershawguy's return policy? Trying to return a knife I received because I bought two and am happy with just one. I tried emailing him but havent gotten a response. Maybe he's out of town? Figure maybe somebody could direct me the process of returning a product for a refund.

Thanks

You could just wait a little longer for HIM to respond before you make a thread asking US how HE runs HIS business. Because policies change, variables are present, and frankly we're not going to know how he wants to handle your case.
Because what happens when we tell you he'll take it back, but he says no?

Give him a reasonable amount of time to respond......and use whatever information you had before to get a hold of him.

Out of curiosity...why'd you buy 2? It sounds like buyers remorse. Just sell/trade it yourself if need be. What was it?

He was indeed at Blade Show with us, and left not too long ago. In his absence, orders likely piled up so he will also be swamped with shipping and correspondence.

Just give him a bit, he'll help you out. There's no better person to deal with than Dave, I can assure you.

I bought a kershaw blur and zt 0350. I'm thinking of returning the. zt 0350. I'm afraid to mark it up because it seems so nice. It's hard to explain.

Actually, it's all my fault. Between Thursday night and Sunday night I placed three orders, several inquiries and more additions to waiting lists (preorders). :D

In reality, all above is true but I prefaced each order/inquiry/request with an "I understand you're out to the Blade Show and I do not expect anything until the middle of the week". I also wanted him to combine some of my orders so that he can save on shipping. Remember he ships free no matter the order size.

In summary, Dave is a class act, goes the extra mile, matches prices when he can and above all knows the scope and value of customer service...

Patience is a virtue since you're in good hands.

I heard that if you say please, he will refund you three times the amount you paid.....:D

I meant no disrespect to anybody. I was only wondering. I just don't know what I'd do with two blades. So far from what I've seen, Dave is a good guy and seems to look out for his customers.

Yup... for sure. Dave is one of the best. He just returned from a looooong weekend at Blade. Give him a little time to reply and he will take care of you.

You're worried about having two blades... you might be in the wrong place lol. Just messing with ya

Measured response and patience. Always. Customer service is a two-way street. I exist on both sides of the aisle. Fact is, the customer is NOT always right. Ergo, you CHOOSE (given a choice) who you deal with. Don't burn your bridges. I think I just used up my cliche quota for the night... :D

kershawguy is a dealer, this thread shouldn't be posted in this sub-forum. I'm closing this. To the OP, if you want to discuss further, I'd suggest another email.
