Does CRK's call, email etc to let you know that your knife is being shipped back to you after its been serviced?

I sent one in about 2wks ago, and I hate the feeling that a $400+ knife is just sitting by my door waiting for me to find it...I never use my front door & I'm out of town a lot, would be nice if I knew about when to expect its return.

Not that I'm aware of.

You can call them. IME, turn around is 2 weeks/10 business days more or less.
 
Call CRK and I bet they would give you an exact date or you could ask them to call you when the knife is ready to ship. I'm sure they would be happy to help you.:cool:
