Ive been putting this off for too long. My Benchmade 275 Adamas has had vertical blade play since i got it.. My Zero Tolerance 0200 recently developed it. I tried to repair the 0200 myself, but after getting a cut to the bone on my finger (due to my idiocrisy) Im sending it back.

My 275 has a bit of vertical lock rock, I also have a 806 AFCK that has stripped liners, the clip screws cannot be tightened on any position.
 
Thanks chester, i sharpened it to a mirror edge and it was my favorite knife until i recently purchased a 0560 at 1sks.
 
My 275 initially had no blade play. It had a tighter lock-up than my ZT 0301, but after about 500 flicks it has gotten such minor bladeplay that no one would notice, except for me. I'd guess about 0.1mm bladeplay
