Wow!! I just noticed that I have not posted here in over a year

I really should have posted this when it happened so here goes. When my wife and I got married we cut our wedding cake and my groom's cake with INFI, shee with an Aftershock and I with an Argonne Assault. Fast forward a year or two and money got tight and I had to sell off almost my entire Busse collection including the Aftershock. Fast forward a good many more years and I was in a position to buy the Aftershock back, but even with some help form other HOGS no one had any clue where it was. I even had a plea in my signature line looking for Aftershock #78 and still nothing.

Finally one day out of the blue a kind and generous HOG informed me that he had the knife in his safe where it had been pretty much since he bought it from me and that he would sell it back to me at a very fair price. So know the knife is back home (including it's custom Kenny Rowe pants) along side it's mate.

My feelgood story for the day

I guess there are happy endings. glad it worked out for you.

Awesome!!! Glad you got it back and welcome back, things hopefully will be picking back up here

That's really cool man. Glad you got your knife back. Good karma toward the hog who helped you out.

There are just a couple blades I've been forced to sell due to financial difficulties that I'd like to get back. Nothing so rare as a specific numbered aftershock bolo however.

Nice, this has me wondering what I should cut my cake with. I'm thinking she2, tgbg or basic 8.

Awesome! Glad they found their way back to you. I love a blade with a story. It's so cool how the older models tend to have history. I cut my wedding cake with some INFI too, and my B10 numbers are my anniversary.

nick, very cool story. Lets see some better pics of the beast
