Reversible switch for electric motor?

I've got a bevel disk I've been meaning to set up for some time, but need to be able to wire the motor to run either direction. It's a farm duty Leeson 1 horse motor. I can hard wire it to run either direction, but I need some way to switch it, basically swapping a wire from each leg.

Anybody know of what kind of switch to get or where?

Double pole/double throw/center off.

A minimum of 20 amp, preferably 30 amp.

Always switch to off and let the disc stop then switch to reverse.

If you google images of "reverse switch wiring" you can find dozens of examples.
Fwiw, I like the oldschool center off drumswitches for this sort of thing.
Either unplug or using other disconnect means locking out the machine.
