Well, after getting a Gerber AR3.00 with a serrated blade and using it for a few months, I decided I wanted a knife with a plain blade.

I was at Wal-Mart and they had the Kershaw Vapor for $20 so I picked it up (Used mostly for work, so I didn't want to spend a lot).

Only problem is, i'm left handed and I notice that the stud on it isn't reversable because of the screw is sunk into the blade.

Where might I get a stud that I can put on the right side of the blade so I can operate it totally left handed?

if i were you, i'd avoid the aggravation, return the vapor to wal mart, and get a leek. it's lefty friendly!:D

I agree, the leek is better that the vapor, but if you want to stay with the vapor, I used an extra Camillus EDC thumb stud on my Large vapor, I just had to enlarge the thumb stud hole a little & it was good to go!!

I sugest the CRKT MO’SKEETER ( http://www.crkt.com/moskeetr.html ), it has the tumb stud left and right and you can change the the clip to the other side, so you can make it completly lefty.
You can get it for 25.00 dlls

I am lefty so I use in my right the Leatherman Wave and in my left the Benchmade 31 ( little balisong ).

and they told me the thumb stud could be reversed but it wouldn't fit quite right. They said it would stick out a bit. Good luck.
