I just noticed this brand in the new smokey mountain knife catalog and a few models sparked my interest. Is anyone familiar with this brand as a user? Impressions?

Thanks,
Clay

They're good quality slipjoints with the good looks of Case's knives (much higher fit/finish though), and priced as users.

The fit and finish is wonderful, blades are tight and snappy.
The blade steel is not the best, I believe it is 1084 which normally would take and hold a good edge but I never could get any of the 16 I had very sharp at all and I know how to sharpen a knife very well if I may say so.

All their blades are of this carbon steel, Ive never seen one offered in stainless.

Any decent Case,Schrade,Camillus slipjoint will walk all over the Bulldogs in the blade department.

Have you seen any of the newer Queen-Schatt&Morgan knives in D2 steel?

I think these would be wonderful to collect and use.

there are two logos. the old one had 2 pitbulls fighting, new one has the face only.
good knives.i have old ones.
