Review Request: CS Safekeeper II vs III

It's approaching that time of month when I'm allowed to buy a fun knife... I'm trying to decide between the Safekeeper II and III. I've searched around and found little info on either of these. The SKII strikes me as "cooler" but the III seems like something I'd be more likely to actually carry because it's smaller. Info, opinions, or comparisions would be greatly welcome! :) Which would your rather have and why?
 
'cept a Kel-Tec P32 is my carry gun... ;)

Side question then, which is a better feature: A false edge for greater point strength or double edged point for easier penentration?
