Lord, that's a nice looking knife! Can anyone tell me about 'em? Retail cost? Tip-up or tip-down carry? Durability? Etc.
Thanks a bunch in advance.

1410 is tip-up knife. Overall really nice piece that retailed for about 120$. What I don't like about it is the clip that makes it ride quite high in pocket. It weights 114g which is quite much for this sized knife although the weight has never bothered me. Blade holds its edge as well as any other ATS-34 and has sharp tip. Blade was shaving sharp out of box but angle was tad over 20 degrees (couldn't use sharpmaker) so I reprofiled the edge with lansky. It didn't need as much reprofiling as Benchmades. Liners are of steel and liner lock is pretty good but not as good as in my 1416 or 1420 which have great locks. The lock has newer accidentilly opened or anything but is not as vault like as e.g. in my large Starkey ridge.

I scratched my knifes blade badly. I disassembled it to wait that I have time to satinfinish the blade

This knife may be discontinued but you should be able to find one in net for about 70$.

I can't say anything about the 1410, but I second that high opinion of the 1416
