Hi clip point - I reviewed the Herbst C53PS in the August 1998 issue of Knives Illustrated. You might be interested in reading this if you have access to back issues of the magazine.

Yes, the clip is removable. It is affixed to the handle via three Phillips microscrews.

No, it does not come with a slip pouch or a sheath.
