Reviews/experiences with CQC-7 fixed blade and PUK

I'm looking for a new fixed blade for EDC. I saw a couple of Emerson knives but can't really find any reviews on them (weak Google-fu skills) and I was hoping the community here might be able to help. I'm looking at the CQC-7 fixed blade and Police Utility Knife fixed blade. Any information on how they handle, hold up, what the grip is like, etc... would be much appreciated.
 
Emerson knives are chisel ground, which appeals to some people and some not. The steel is 154CM, good tough stuff but there are lots of better steels available these days IMHO. You've got about a zillion other choices. Take some time and browse through these forums.
