This model is becoming harder and harder to find in working condition. Ether the head has been worn/ground down beyond rescue or the but of the handle has been reduced to a slim stick or both. However I found this military make with very little wear. The leather case is rotten and crumbles, its covered in green paint and the head is a tad loose, but over all its in great shape.

Over all length 15.4"
Head width 8.2"

NICE!! It should clean up for you. I'll bet a metal wedge would tighten up the head.
Good luck refurbishing it. Would be nice to see before and after pictures.

In Poland those are very common. U can easily buy them for like $10 with the original sheath included.
