Hey guys. I have an old disc grinder I want to convert to 220 volt, but I can't figure out what to do here.

The motor itself can take 220, and the controller has markings for 220. But it also says 120 volts. I havnt been able to find any Info for how to go about rewiring it. Any advice for what to do, or where to look for more advice is greatly appreciated.

Show a photo of the motor data plate.

What machine is this from ?
Table saw, edger, jointer or some such thing

The controller is a motor starter, a contactor, a huge relay

It has 120vac coil to control a larger capacity switch.
It could be used to switch on dust collection and machine at the same time.

It won't do any 3 phase conversion

As The Count said, it is just a relay. It will do a single phase (L1, L2/T1, T2) or three phase (L1, L2, L3/T1, T2, T3) motor with the input the same as the motor. You wire a switch to energize the contactor. The switching circuit is 120V.
The remote start/stop buttons are three wire units connected to terminals 1, 2, and 3.
Power input goes to L1, L2, L3, motor goes to T1, T2, T3.
The voltages on the cover plate are just the motor size and voltages that it will handle. It handles 18 amps of load - 2HP at 115V and 3HP ate 220V.
