RH knives

I recently acquired a knife that is marked USN MARK 1 on one side and RH 35 and an oval that says made in usa PAL. Iwas just wondering who might the manufacturer be and when it was made.

Manufacturer is Pal Blade Company, made during World War II. Pal acquired Remington's cutlery business before the war and used Remington's Hunting designs and numerical designations (RH 35) on its products.
