Just got back in the Hinderer Game with a 3" Slicer and a 3.5" Bowie. Had a small issue with the Slicer, contacted them and sent it in. They had it fixed and in shipping back to me the DAY AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT! Excellent communication the whole way.

I challenge ANY Knife company to match that service. All at a time when you know those boys are crazy busy judging by what they have been putting out lately. Service doesn't have to be complicated. The RHK boys get it!
