Ribbon blades for stamping

I occasionaly need a ribbon of blade for stamping. Currently I want to make a stamp for cutting out shaped feathers, but at other times it could be for leather or paper.

Years ago, some razor maker, maybe Shick, made a razor where one instaled a ribbon like razor blade, one craked it across the head as it dulled to expose new material. That's about the only source I can think of, if still made. I supose i could try to make a blade, but it's not a primary thing for me, and I'm getting that life is too short feeling.

Any ideas?

I used to use something like that when I worked in the paper industry cutting shapes with steel rule dies. It could be bent to any shape and set into a plywood backing for rigidity, there is a place in town that sells it but the name escapes me right now. Try the phone book.
