Ribeye Steak!!!!!

So here I sit..... way to full from Ribeye steak, pasta salad, and a Idaho baked potato.

Cutting the Ribeye with my Case CV Sodbuster I realized how my slippie collection is growing.

Since talking with all you folks.... I have been on a slippie binge. Being a fixed blade guy from the start (not a tactical guy however) I realized how useful my slippies are.

The Case CV did most of the work tonight, and has a nice new patina to show it.

Had a ribeye myself this evening but mine was cut with an inexpensive but highly effective Tramontina (Brazil) steak knife.

I used mine for steaks the other night also. It actually does better than a steak knife. Glad you are enjoying your slipaddiction.

I have a set on order from Tom Goodpasture..AWESOME kitchen knives!! I will post another pic once they come in..Had a great ribeye this weekend..Gotta love those weekend cookouts!!
