Is that an appetizer or did you order the kids meal. I would need atleast 4 times that. They look delicious.

I love that you are wearing a Busse shirt to fine dining. :) Assuming it is a nice place by the fact they have ribs and a lit candle. :D Out here in the country, that's fancy stuff. Now I'm hungry!

Lexi, you know it's a fancy place when the candle is a battery operated LED :D

We're fancy like that here. Only the classiest of establishments for us.

That looks amazing  The chips are AVERAGE SIZE :D
.... there you go Pokey, fixed it for you ..... ;)

I spent my late teens living on Counter Meals :D :D :D For little more than a burger from the local take away I could have a proper cooked meal at the pub bar... :D

I'm assuming it's similar to our chicken or beef pot pie. I'm curious how kangaroo tail tastes. It would be interesting to try, although I'm assuming you have being australian.

I have eaten kanga plenty of times. In fact, my brother was the person responsible for making commercially available in all the Coles supermarkets around Australia. It's cheap and tasty! It's a unique taste, but not too unique as to be blech. It's a bit like a gamey cross between lamb and beef. It's delicious with herbs and garlic seared on a hot grill or open flame.
