His are that good. Coincidentally, S.R. Johnson & Deitmar Kressler's knives have always humbled me. Super knives, and certainly a maker who will join the best in the business soon.

I got to meet Ricardo and see his knives in Munich, Germany last year. He makes some of the finest crafted knives I've ever handled - he mentioned it takes him about 6 hours to make and fit a guard. The joints were so good I thought the knives were of integral construction. Nice man. Fantastic work.
