Rick Hinderer Titanium Anodizing Service Questions

I have a custom 3.5" that I'd like anodized blue including the frame, liner, clip, & tab. Has anyone ever sent a knife to Rick to have anodized? What is the procedure for getting this done?
I have sent a half dozen emails to Hinderer over the past 3 weeks with no reply so either they are going to their junk mail or somehow overlooked, I've tried both Robs email address & their website contact form.
Any help would be appreciated, or maybe someone who knows Rick or Rob can forward this message to them.
Also since its a satin blade would this even be possible since they do not refurb satin blades, or is this not considered a refurb?

Anodizing?....nonsensical and and slightly humoruous , but I will answer it......Due to the upcoming Blade Show, we are not currently accepting refurb or anodizing work. I will drop you a PM just in case you miss this, I'll include my home phone and personal email, I would hate to miss one of your messages.
