Cue the angelic chorus, it has arrived...
I'm so pleased and privileged to have received this knife. I've run out of words to describe it. To quote Rick, "It is the best two blade i have ever made. I hate to ship it. I don't like most of my knifes this one however is in a different level. Its not perfect but pretty damn good for what it is."
Rick's hard work and periodic frustrations with this one really boiled down to a masterful job in the end. Both blades flush in all three positions. You cannnot see any light between the liners. Blades are centered and the extended pen frame is a touch of pure class. Channels are clean and polished. I wish I could capture the swedges adequately, the pen blade has both cut and drawn swedges. The ivory has warm tones of tan, light and dark brown, grey, blue and green.
Enjoy friends.

A great knife, Corey, and a great pattern.

I remember when I first sent images to Rick of the Eureka pattern and asked him to consider building it. After the first one he made he said it was quickly becoming one of his favorites.

Your knife is evidence of that! Congrats!

Holy shute Corey! I knew that was gonna be a killer knife, but your pics show how friggin' comfortable it is. The mechanics & grinds/sharpness,all that, well, that's a given

What a great way to start New Years Eve.

These EJ's are driving me crazy and just last eveing I was thinking about getting in touch with a Rick to see if he would be interested.

Now of course I see you were way ahead of me. :D.

Congrats Corey I think you chose well. Congrats to Rick too.

Corey, we are all jealous. Superb design and workmanship.
Your quote from Rick shows how humble he is. Those who own one or more of Rick's knives know he is a Master Knifemaker, but i doubt he would accept this title.
