Does anyone have any experience with Ricky Fowlers knives?
Also, I'm looking for a way to get further information on the WD Peace knives that were shown in the thread asking "What's your favorite small fixed blade"
I am a huge fan of personal fixed blades.
Thanks for the help!!

There are pix of two others plus a sheath from his wife at my home page. I have purchased three knives already from Ricky Fowler one of which he did to my drawing. Good variety. Good prices, Very fast turn around and pleasent people to do business with. A couple of favorable articles in Knife mags as well. A knife bargain and usefull hard working tools.

Thanks a bunch. I have contacted Ricky Fowler with some questions. Regarding the Peases, I was just looking for info on how to contact him.
Thanks

Last year or so Knives Illustrated did a big write up about Rick. I'll try to find the issue and post the article.

Always think of your fellow knife makers as partners in the search for the perfect blade, not as people trying to compete with you and your work!http://www.nebsnow.com/L6steel

That's a pretty nice looking fighter. Now, if it only had black or burgundy micarta, instead of the pink micarta. I like Fowler's stuff. He uses good old O1 steel. Properly heat treated, O1 does just about anything a person could want a knife to do. As long as you dont go prying with the knife.

Ricky makes a fine knife, and he is a great guy as well. His new pseudo-damascus finish (I'm not sure what he calls it) is just fantastic. I don't think you can go wrong with one of his blades.
