Father-in-law got me into sharpening knives. In the last few years I have been getting into another mettle edge. A Ski Edge. It has become lots of fun maintaining a ski edge. I spend way to much time in the garage working on my edges. But after that there is nothing like riding that metal edge all day long at speed. Are there any edge tuners here?
