Rig for my Junglas

The Mr made this rig as part of my Halloween costume. I've decided to keep it this way.

I'm not nearly flexible enough to use something like that though, it'd end in a minimum of a scalping but more likely I'd end up like Charles the 1st (about a foot shorter than I am now) ;)

What material is the backing made out of that the straps and sheath connect to?

It's two seperate pieces of kydex that bolt on. It's not perfect and it'll get revamped at some point when I have my shop put back together.

V2.1 will have a different angle to the lower strap attachments (you can see that their off kilter and bunched up in the pic) and it'll be made with doubled up and riveted sheets to add strength.
 
I have never seen a Junglas in person so this really helped me get an idea for how big it is. Has me re-thinking how I may carry it when the time comes to get one.
