Rigid RG-38 Bowie Knife with a stag handle. Comes with the sheath. Measures about 12" x 2" x 1". In excellent used condition. Marked Rostfrei Italy on the stainless steel blade.

It appears that a few sold on a well-known auction site recently for $189. But those were "New in Box" with sheaths. Yours is clearly not NIB, so would likely be worth considerably less.

Mid 90s - early 2000s when United owned the trademark and sold them mainly through SMKW. I'm not sure, but FOX might've been involved as a subcontractor. They were a little cheaper than the German stuff at like $35-65 (5",6",7") depending on size and time of year. Toward the end they blew them out dirt cheap, almost as cheap as the Chinese and better quality Pakistani stuff.

Prices are all over the map for them now, but most seem to be $50-100 in nice used shape.
