I have added another Dennis Riley JS Damascus Bowie to my collection. The measurements are overall is 15 ½”, blade is 10 ½” Damascus steel 5160 & 15N20 with a ladder pattern. The handle is Ossik scale with 4 pins. Also, I have added my new Riley to my display case with a John Nelson Cooper Iron Mistress and a Cooper Bowie. The top knife is a riley Brass back Bowie. Haze, Thanks for the feedback on my Damascus Bowie. Dennis is going to test for his mastersmith stamp next year. Since Dennis lives about 10 miles from my house I try to visit him a couple of times a week. The two Bowies in the middle were made in the late 1960's, and Mr. Cooper was one of the founding memburs of the Knife Makers Guild. Dennis has had his journeyman stamp for three years.

I've Owned a Couple of Riley's Bowies-But This Bowie is the Coolest One I've seen from Dennis So Far.It's Even Nicer than His Musso style,Great Catch David.

Buddy S, Thanks for the postive feedback. I also have Dennis first Musso Bowie, It's made form the working drawing of a copy of the 1830/1840 style Bowie (that I have framed & displayed next to my Musso).
