Rinaldi & TOPS- Armageddon

Has anyone owned a Rinaldi Armageddon in A2 or 3V, as well as the TOPS version in 1095? How do they compare?

Id love to get the real thing from Trace eventually, but seeing how you can get the TOPS version for $300 or less, I might have to give one of them a try as well.

Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

I've never used either versions since I have no use for such long blades but the Tops model has a superb heat treat that makes one heck of a knife out of 1095. So far I haven't heard of anyone being disappointed with their Tops product and I'm saving up for a few.

I had an Armageddon but had to sell it due to medical bills. It is an AWESOME piece of work. Trace's original is nicer of course but the TOPS version is built like a tank and a real performer . . . I don't think you'll regret it!
