My brother bought me one of those a few months ago and it works like a charm. I was really impressed with it. At first i though it wouldn't work well but that all changed when I realized we had killed off a case of River Horse Pale Ale in about 2 hours.

Is it comfortable to wear or do you only wear it when popping caps?

I only wear it if I know I'm going to be somewhere where I'm gonna be popping bottle tops. I usually take it off after awhile because I normally don't like to wear rings other than my wedding ring...which is titanium btw.

I wear mine pretty much all of the time. I turn the opener part to the outside of my hand when not using it, then turn it inside (palm side) when I want to open a cold one. It's not uncomfortable and always handy.
