It is with a sad heart that I tell you all that my friend and apprentice Ron Solomon passed away last week. Ron was one of the most loyal people I ever knew. He always had a goofy joke his grandad told him ready if you needed a smile. I know a lot of y'all supported him while he was working here, and I cannot express how grateful I am for that. I will miss him every day.

Sorry to hear that Andy. Our thoughts and prayers with his family, Fiddleback Forge and friends.

There are those people who, even when they are not present, just the thought brings a smile.

True friends live on forever in our hearts and memories. I am sorry you lost your friend but much happier that you had him.

Bill

I'd never even heard of him until today. After reading everyone's posts I'm sorry I hadn't. Maybe every time you all his good friends gather around a fire, or hear the ring of cold steel on hot steel, you'll take a moment to speak his name out loud. In doing so may he not be so "Lost" to you all.
