rit dye help please

So I have seen all these knives dyed with rit dye. The question I have is, is it possible to dye a black handle a different color? I want to dye my pm2 blue hopefully a bright blue. I have seen some here that have been dyed but I am wondering if they used maybe the grey handle sprint run? Thanks for the help everyone.

You can't change black to a different color. While you can change grey to blue, it will become a dull or muted blue.
