That looks awesome! I wouldn’t darken it at all. I’d rock that thing as is all day long.The Military is a St. Nicks Exclusive in 4V... I like the color so I Dye'd my Blade HQ Native Chief with Natural G-10 and M4 Blade to match as close to the red as I could...
It came out pretty well... I can always darken it a bit.

Yes, Rit Dye "Synthetic" 'Racing Red'
I brought approximately 4 cups of water to just under a boil (200 Degrees F), did not not measure the dye but about 1/2 cup. I did not fully disassemble the knife, I left the blade on and the pivot, removed the screws as well...
Yeah, Time and the amount of diluted Dye does matter...!
They do have a Sealer but I did not use it... I have noticed the Dye will come off on your clothing if you don't seal... but not that big a deal for me.
I have another Military coming with natural G-10 and will probably Dye that one as well...
