Ritter Grip M4 Dobson Scales

I love my M4 Ritter Grip but the stock scales do leave me wanting more. I looked at the Wilkins scales but thought that spening almost as much as the knife was not a great solution. Enter Phillip Dobson who turned my Ritter Grip into a whole different knife.

Black G10 with CF backspacer. The knife just feels better. There is a fullness and heft to the knife now that just feels like butter.

I have another M4 Ritter Grip on order and I will send that one to Phillip for a similar pimp job in OD Green

Agreed, very nice indeed. Are those a semi-production item, or did Phil need the knife?

They're custom made to order. Mark was kind enough to let me keep his old S30V model as payment, so I have the template right here.

Here's a photo of the knives with my blade hand-sanded to remove the old scratches:

Those look pretty sweet! I checked your website but didn't see any pricing specific to the Ritter Grip, should I pm you for more details? I've got a Mini that I'd like to dress up a bit.

Nice ZT clip Dobson. You'll have to get a grip clip for it when it comes out for the ZT hole pattern.
Very nice job, looks better than the plastic handle from the factory.

You think just like I do.

The whole reason I drilled for that clip was to get the new Grip Clip for it. I'm thinking about just getting his other new clip and modifying the scale again.

J, I don't know enough about the construction of the 710 to know whether I can make a scale set for it. I'll see what I can find out.
