I just received 2 Ritter RSK Mk5s - one for me and one for my daughter (she's 8).
While I love the size and the design these are overwhelming the dullest knives I've received!! They are at least as blunt as my butter knives. I'm not sure they could break skin without significant force. When jabbing them through paper and cutting down ward the paper folds over on itself (there is no chance it would cut from the top!).
Did I get a bad batch? Would you send them back? Should I just buck down and spend several hours sharpening the smallest blades I own?
Thoughts?
