Recommendation? Rivet fell out of sheath (kydex)

Hey guys. I have an Evans knife & tool companion. The rivet that holds retention came out. I'd like to replace them all with Chicago screws, if you think that's a smart ide . I don't want to be into it rivets, tools, etc. To replace the one rivet. The owner of the company (if it still exists) doesn't answer messages. Chicago screw was what I though . The hole (5 of them actually) is 3.5mm thick (sheath thickness) and the diameter is 6mm. Any ideas?
 
Send me a few pics of the sheath and the issue and I'll probably be able to fix you up, either fixing the sheath or telling you what works best. I can send you the right parst too if needed. I built a few sheaths for the maker back in the Companion days but did not do the sheaths for the production runs. I'll be able to tell you if it's my work or not.
