Does anyone have any recommendations on a low cost rivet press? I have been looking at the range of $40-$75 and they all seem to have poor reviews.
 
For Kydex rivets, instead of an arbor press, I bought a drill press https://www.amazon.com/WEN-4208-5-S...=1548122365&sprefix=wen+drill+,aps,148&sr=8-1
To me it does fine, I have never drilled a thing with it just pressed rivets. I made my own aluminum piece for the receiving end, line it up each time, just like you do for the arbor press, gears may not be as robust as an arbor press, but heah just crushing brass.
