RJ Martin Contact info?? New email address??

Hey Gang,

Just wondering if anyone has exchanged any email with RJ Martin in the last few months? I heard he was supposed to be at the Custom Knife show in Chicago but I have not spoken to anyone who went to see if he was there.

I purchased a Wasabi from RJ in February and loved it. I showed it to a buddy of mine and he wanted one BAD so I order another from RJ in early April. I did receive an email from RJ in May and he said that he might have it ready by the BLADE Show. I saw him at the Show but he was not able to get the knife completed, so I told him no worries I would rather have it done right than done quick.

I have since emailed him 3 or 4 times at rjmartinknives@comcast.net but I have not received any reply. I also tried his contact number (that I found in the 2003 KNIVES Annual), I left my contact info and a brief message. I don't know if the number was correct since it was a young boys voice on the machine but I have not received a call back.

I was wondering if anyone had heard if RJ was having computer (or other) problems (hope not). I have seen new knives of his show up on his Dealers websites.

If anyone has a current email (or phone) contact info could you please let me know here (or in an a private email). My Buddy ships out in November so time is running out.

Hi, RJ was having computer problems. Email him again. His email should be working. We exchanged a couple of emails this week. BTW, you can check out his website for his email / contact numbers. www.rjmartinknives.com

Spyken - I sent another email via his website. The automated reply says to wait 24 hours for a response.

Iht - The email addy you listed is the one that I have been using, no replies to me since June.

By any chance were you guys talking with RJ about his Japanese style knives?? I think he is dedicating most of his time to Folders right now so I am wondering if that has anything to do with my not receiving a reply concerning the Wasabi.
