What does, say, a Q36 typically cost if you win a lottery at a show? I go to ECCKS and NYCKS every year and next year I want to get my mitts on one.

Also, what about Lambert? That's my backup

If you go to NYCKS/ECCKS every year, you should already know.

It depends on what they bring.

When I get there the knives are usually already gone so nope, I don't know the prices.

Lets say a Q36 with titanium bolster and CF scale. That seems like a popular rendition

The problem is, no one knows except RJ. A plain Q36 sells for 1800+ on the secondary. For all we know, if a plain Q36 even makes it to ECCKS, who's to say it'll still be $800 and not 900, 1200 or 1500.

The last time I saw a plain Q36 for sale was ECCKS 2014 and they were 800.

Bob Terzuola also was selling knives for 900-1500 at ECCKS 2014 and the selling his stuff for 2200+ at NYCKS 2014.

Kirby had user grade knives at Blade 2013 for under $700. Every show I've seen him at since, they are dress knives all over $1000.

That's why I edited my post. Its. It fair to RJ to speculate ECCKS 2015 prices based on ECCKS 2014. And that's even assuming he brings a plain q36 and not all full dress Q's.

Ok, thanks for the input Johnathan!
