Yesterday, September 17, we shipped RKS4 club knives numbers 1001 to 1100 by UPS Ground Insured. This means the first 1,100 RKS4 club knives have been shipped to those members that have paid for their knives. Invoices for knives 1101 to 1200 were sent out September 6th. Shipment on these knives will be about the middle of November 2003.
All claims for lost or stolen knives must be made to the Randall Knife Society office within six months of the shipping date as UPS will not honor insurance claims after nine months and we would need time to report and follow up on claims.
