RKSA 'Club' knife #1, Combat Companion info needed

Guys,

I've received an email from a fellow that needs info on the RMK 'Combat Companion' that he's purchased for his dad, the CD player on the home PC smoked the other night, and my laptop is at work...so, I can't access the Intersquare CD for the dates needed to answer the question properly.

This gentleman's question is 'tailor made' for the RKS newsletter, but to answer it properly, I'll need the introduction dates for the first RKS(A) club knife, and it's subsequent (re)introduction as the 'Combat Companion'...

Any help here would be greatly appreciated, I'm counting on you guys forhelp...please. (I'd hate to have to wait until Monday to get back to this nice fellow)
