I picked up a used RMD CS Bowie for general bushcraft and hunting was wondering how strong the bowie point is on these blades I've seen many other well known blade tips fail in the same configuration, was wondering if I should try to trade for a rmd in the standard blade or if this will be tough enough. Does anyone have one that have seen a little hard use?

You should not have any problems with the knife. If you do, I think I know a guy who can take care of you. ;)
