RMD in INFI?

I'm fairly new to Busse knives & kin. I have an RMD that I really like--best FB ergos ever in my experience. But on eBay this past week someone sold a Scrapper 5 that had an INFI blade, which got me to wondering if there ever was a RMD made in INFI. Talk about a grail knife! Thanks for any info you can provide and sorry if this is a common question.

INFI RMD! The thick version would be the FATMAN-DU! Man would that sell out fast!!
 
A RMD in INFI would be unreal. It would take a couple for me and a couple more for gifts for friends!
 
We've been asking for an INFI RMD for years over in the Swamp. That would truly be a great knife to have.
 
That's verrrrry interesting. N2KRMD!? Are you sure it's not a license plate :) But if it's about an Infi RMD, can you provide any additional info? Rumors would be okay, too...Thanks!

I agree that it would rock!!!!! But personally, like SR101 in theis blade size. ONLY INFI for my choppers!

Just for the record the N2KRMD is much more than just an RMD made from INFI, it is the pipe dream of a bunch of Swamp dwellers.

I'm hoping the N2KRMD does get a green light for two zero one three, but it's only a daydream at this point.
 
The RMD is one of my most used mid-sized knives. Actually its one of my most used knives period. I don't think its necessary to make one in INFI, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't buy one...or two...or more.... Actually, I think we need an LE and a CG. And maybe some fancy ones from the Custom Shop.

LE exists, Custom Shop variants exist...yes, even "fancy" ones...what is yet to exist is the INFI version, and one with the features outlines by the N2K RMD idea.
 
I honestly think the N2KRMD would cause a record loss in knife sales because no one would buy anything but that knife. Its just sooooooo well perfect. Even if they kept it in SR101 it would still be the perfect knife the only reason I personally want INFI is because then it can be satin and have a much higher rust restiance.

You cracked the riddle as to why I requested it be INFI.
 
BTW...I did not name it the N2K RMD. Just as the concept evolved thru a thread I started, it was bestowed that name and was from that point on...the N2K RMD.
