RMD sheath options

I am needing a sheath for my new RMD. I just need something inexpensive until I can afford a nice sheath.
Will any production knife sheaths work? Maybe a Buck Punk sheath or OKC sheath? Help please!

What they said. I'm drowning in Kabar leather sheaths. Fit so many knives well. Have Kabar sheaths for every Busse i own. Punk sheath might work too, but God I hate that bulky thing. Also Benchmade CSKII sheath I believe would work and is nice.
 
You can get a Buy Brown or AzWelke taco with no attachments for a reasonable price and buy a Tek-Lok later if you decide to use it more often. The Patriot Leather will spoil you and is well worth the wait.
 
Monofletch I made a homemade ratmandu sheath from card board and black gorilla tape while waiting for my mashed cat kydex.

The one I made has a belt loop and is pretty nice actually, it's pouch style and will hold the knife even when inverted.

I ordered an el' cheapo "Enhanced Military sheath". Rothco or something like that. Codura with a plastic liner. It will do until I order my Patriot Leather.

Does look descent, looks like a Becker clone sheath though. BK15 sheath might work for RMD . Fits Scrapper 5.
 
You guys said the KaBar USMC sheath worked. The description for this one said....

It arrived. It has great retention, no rattle. Kind of snug, but it will serve t's purpose until I can get a "real" sheath.

I just got a leather sheath for my RMD - it was made for an Ambush Alpha; but it fits the RMD well. The only drawback is that is isn't as inexpensive as the Kabar and Rothco sheaths (though I think the price is quite reasonable)
