Has anyone had any experience with one of these?
I can't seem to find any info or reviews about their performance.

They look good...

Not bad... But $500 for 80CRV2? Seriously???

I'm glad I have one of these coming instead, for less than $100 more. Plus, it's got 2" more blade too.

And this one to hold me over... ;) :D

Aw, man... INFI...
I think you may have pushed me in the right direction haha

I don't think steel type would effect much on pricing especially on high-end production like RMJ, Winkler etc. Actually a Winkler in CPM-3V are price almost the same as one in 80CRV2.

In fact, 80CRV2 is one of the better carbon steel out there and when HT properly will hold an edge better than INFI.

But won't be as impact resistant. Will it be tough enough? Yes. Will it be less impact resistant? Yes.

I'd take extra impact resistance over edge holding in large chopper every time. Infi, isn't a slouch in edge holding either.

I am a kukri addict. My "daily tool" in the yard is an extrema ratio one. I like it a lot. I just ordered the RMJ one today. It will be interesting to see how they compare. I like the look of the busse one but could not find it on their site or anywhere where it is actually gettable - which makes the RMJ more attractive. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You'll have to find one on the secondary market. Best place to look is the Busse and kin exchange subforum. Busse offers a model for order for a limited time, then goes on to a different model. It can be frustrating when you discover that the one that caught your eye hasn't been made in 6 years, but it also means they've made a massive variety of models and variants.

$500-600 for a knife that has CNC tool marks the blade?
