I have a Rajkumar Bashpati nearly identical to that one. It's a beautifully shaped piece of metal. It almost looks like it was naturally formed rather than forged.

Oh Happy Day! Raj is back!

I also have one of his Bashpati's, much smaller but identical otherwise.

Wish I had funds as well. So glad to hear of his return.

EMS Kanchhi noodles!!!

Hey fellas. I dont know if all of you newer folks know who Rajkumar is but to get him back would be a fantastic addition to the HI family. Rajkumar has much to offer! His swords are second to almost none. I say almost because you know Bura and Kumar are there too. For what little I stand for if you feel it in your heart to support HI and cannot afford one of these blades i would encourage my fine friends here to help Rajkumar and his family find a better life and he will surely honor your request once he gets here. Im going to Paypal a donation because I cannot afford another blade right now and if any of yall can afford just a few bucks to help him get back ...Well ...Thats a win..win situation right there. He wants to come. We gotta get him back folks!

EMS Rajkumar!!! Whooohooo!!!!

Email sent on Prince knife.
Tom

Got my fingers crossed!

Great news that Rajkumar is returning. He does some of the most artistic, one-off blades.

It's not so bad, I been broke for a long time. You get used to it.

If one has to go broke there's nothing better to go broke on than shiny HI stuff. Rajkumar (The Prince).

If it's possible to get even broker that's where I'm heading. He's good! Really good.

I know he is, I have about a dozen of his works. Broke is broke, we can share a cell in the poor house.

Im with yall! If ever was a chance to get a great Kami back this is it. When HI was interested in getting a quality Katana in their lineup there was great challenge to get the hardening and tempering correct to really keep the project going with confidence. If you think about it and know anything about swordsmanship Rajkumar certainly had found the way to merge Japanese swordsmanship with Nepalese craftsmanship and came up with an HI legacy that did not seem possible yet he did it. Try to make a sword with less than 1:1 length to weight ratio and still keep spring temper and edge hardness what it should be and survive your grand kids abuse then Rajkumar could do it! Not to mention he is an excellent Jeweler! He knows how to detail your product! Dont need to say much more about how happy I am just to see him wanting to come back but hope he will follow through and stay with HI. He would be a great asset for HI as before and cant wait to see what he has in store for us forumites! He wont let us down. Thats for sure! Im waitin on a Rajkumar fightin sword myself!

C'mon fellas give Rajkumar a few bucks to get him here. Us old veterans know its no question. You new guys got to get a few of his blades in your collection and mark my word you will understand. If he does you wrong come back to ndog and stomp on me;) We gotta get him back! btw i get no kickback from establishment Khukri manufacturers and its all on me. Not that im gonna do anything but chop you up in little pieces with my Rajkumar Katana but its worth a try:D

Thank you for your purchase and donation for Rajkumar Kami.
I will keep you update on Rajkumar arrival!

Thank you for this opportunity, Yangdu.

Payment sent on the Rajkumar Bashpati and I sent a donation for his family move as well.

Great news:)
I too have one of his Bashpatis and it's incredible. Also, some overly generous forumite gifted me an Ultimate Fighter as a birthday gift, and I am absolutely amazed at how well it handles for a large 18" heavy knife. One of my favorites for sure;)

Of the lot today, my heart would still go with the Chef's Knife. It looks just about perfect. Kind of an evolutionary from AK Bowie to the Munk Chunk to this Chef's knife. It's on my short list.
